This big hunk of Druzy Agate sparkles in the sunlight. Tons of tiny little druzy points glisten across the exposed portion of the stone. Copper wire was torched to soften it and then wrapped by hand to form a frame around the stone. Wire was woven across the back of the stone like a sea basket to add some gypsy flair. Around the frame hair thin wire was meticulously weaves little gems into it’s net. Such gems are Sunstone, Swarovski crystals, copper beads, copper freshwater pearls milky amber Czech glass teardrops and other little delights.
The necklace wrap is interchangeable which means the pendant completely removes from the wrap and you can substitute other wraps to match your outfits. The necklace wrap that comes with this necklace was made by wrapping small segments of reclaimed leather in natural fibers to secure the ends and then wrapping over that with copper wire in a decorative way. The leather leads up the neckline to soft hand dyed dusty rose sari ribbon which has been upcycled from the cutting room floors in India. This wrap is adjustable 16-17″ by utilizing different rings where the pendant connects. Simply loop the hook through two rings for 16″ or the last ring only for 17″ necklace.
The pendant measures 1″ wide by 2″ tall.
