Reflecting light quite brilliantly, two aqua Swarovski crystals glimmer amidst the darkened veins of a seed pod. The seed pod was created by making a mold of a uber cool pod I found on a walk with my family one day. From the mold I created an earring form using white bronze metal clay which was then high fired in my kiln to create this piece. The pod dangles below multi-strands of darkened copper wire wrapping, dripping with Czech glass beads and crystals. Above that sits a handmade clay lily pad and giant Czech roller in aqua. The ear wires are hand forged from Sterling Silver and darkened to match the feel of the earrings.
Length: 2.75″ from tippy top of ear wire to bottom of pod
Weight: Light to Medium heaviness.
Doesn’t pull on my ears but super sensitive ears may prefer a lighter polymer clay earring.
